“The locking mechanism of a door had jammed, and spares were no longer available (verified from elsewhere!), so the door needed to be replaced. That and 2 “steamed” units (one elsewhere in the house, one about 1km away) were dealt with very promptly, efficiently, politely and at a competitive price. I have used them several times before, so I was already expecting another positive experience from them!”

“From start to finish Greg and his team were just excellent. I had sourced quotes from several other companies to match some wooden casement windows that we had downstairs and the prices had been eyewatering. Greg sourced and fitted upvc windows which are identical to the existing windows at a much lower price and the quality is brilliant. Whilst on the job they found asbestos and had to stop but again they were incredibly professional and worked to my time frames as the asbestos was removed and they had to come back several times. Nothing was too much trouble – they were simply brilliant.”

“We had 7 windows, 2 glass lead light panels and a double external door replaced with double glazing substitutes. The work was quoted, scheduled and completed as per the scheduled time frame. The gents who performed the work were clean, polite and skilled for the task in hand. As I mentioned to the businessowner he should be extremely proud of his workforce. To be brief, both my wife and I are exceedingly happy with the installation quality and cost. “I have booked Greg and the team twice before and will be using them again when we come to do our kitchen extension. A fair price and a great job done. Nice to have around too. To give an example of the quality of work, we had a small problem with the size of 2 of the external cills not delivered as expected. Greg noticed the problem, discussed potential solutions and then just said they will come back an extra day and replace them, which meant taking everything out again, so they’re perfect. Sometimes things happen and it’s good to know you’re working with people who want to do a great job”
