Replace door and 2 “steamed” units
“The locking mechanism of a door had jammed, and spares were no longer available (verified from elsewhere!), so the door needed to be replaced. That and 2 “steamed” units (one elsewhere in the house, one about 1km away) were dealt with very promptly, efficiently, politely and at a competitive price. I have used them several times before, so I was already expecting another positive experience from them!”
